Mr. Neal has been Trenon's Double Bass teacher since December of 2020, and has shared his thoughts on teaching Trenon:

"Trenon is excelling at his theoretical knowledge of music, as well as turning theory to practice in his approach to playing, learning the music of others, improvising, and developing practice techniques. What I most enjoy about teaching Trenon is his ability to keep ego out of the learning environment. His willingness to accept what his skill level is right now in order to more honestly pursue where it could and will be in the near future of any moment is an admirable and very rare quality. He truly desires to learn with the pure intention of curiosity."
