Glee Club Camp

There’s no better way to spend summer or spring break than singing camp!

In Glee Club Camp, first-time vocalists can learn the basics of how to sing, while experienced singers can refine their existing talents. Best of all, campers get to practice and perform as part of an ensemble, including a studio recording at the end of camp!

Bach to Rock singing camps are open to campers of all skill levels. Camp curriculum includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced lessons, with instruction from experienced singers. Our glee teachers include classically trained singers and professional vocalists!

Through Glee Club Camp, we can teach your child how to make the most of their singing voice. Campers learn how to care for their vocal cords, how to control the volume and pitch of their voice, and musical techniques like melody and harmony.

At the same time, campers will practice and perform as part of a glee ensemble. Your child will get to sing popular songs from a wide range of genres, with matching choreography! At the end of camp, we host a public performance and recording session.

Our singing camps give young vocalists the chance to build performance skills and learn how to sing as part of a larger group. Best of all, campers get to perform their favorite songs, make friends with other singers their age, and have a blast performing on stage!

Have a question about music lessons at Bach to Rock®? Below, we’ve collected some of the most frequently asked questions about our programs, including which types of lessons we offer, how much our programs cost, and how to get started!

Bach to Rock offers a wide range of music programs, including lessons for all ages and skill levels!

Our private lessons include programs for piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, drums, and voice, as well as brass, string, and woodwind instruments.

We also offer group classes — including beginner classes like Piano 101, Guitar 101, and Voice 101 — plus ensemble programs like Band and Glee Club.

Pricing for Bach to Rock music lessons depends on the type and duration of lesson. You can find up-to-date pricing and schedules for all of our programs through our online sign up system. Pricing may vary by location.

All Bach to Rock students must have access to their own instruments for at-home practice.

Bach to Rock is more than happy to advise parents and students on instrument purchases. We can recommend local stores that sell high-quality instruments for a reasonable price.

We also have wholesale contracts with instrument manufacturers and suppliers. This allows us to provide instruments at a discount to parents and students who purchase them from us.

A list of recommended instruments and accessories is available for all parents and students.

While students must have their own instruments for at-home practice, Bach to Rock will generally provide students with instruments for in-school lessons.

Drums, guitars, keyboards, and support equipment (such as amplifiers) will always be supplied by the school. This way, students don’t have to transport bulky equipment to and from lessons.

As students advance, they may feel more comfortable using their own instruments for lessons at Bach to Rock. Students are encouraged to bring their own instruments to school for lessons when possible.

Note that we do not provide wind or orchestral instruments such as clarinets, flutes, saxophones, or violins.

It's never too early to get kids started with music! At Bach to Rock, we encourage parents to start music classes early in childhood, so that kids can enjoy the developmental benefits of music education.

Our programs include Rock n Roll (ages 1-3), Rock City® (ages 3-5), Kids n Keys (ages 5-7), and Fun with Music (ages 6-7). Our early childhood classes help prepare students for private music lessons as they grow older.

We recommend starting private lessons at age 7. This is the age when most students are able to read sheet music — an important skill for private lessons.

Music education offers a wealth of benefits in early childhood. At Bach to Rock, we offer a range of fun and exciting programs to introduce your child to music!
