Trademark Win for Bach to Rock

A music education competitor attempted to register for a trademark comparable to Bach to Rock’s and we opposed. After a full administrative trial on the merits, we won! The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board judges concluded that because of the identical goods and services and the confusing similarity of the marks, the mark could not be registered.
