At Bach to Rock, we’ve assembled an amazing team of music teachers! Our instructors include classically trained musicians, as well as working professionals who tour and record with major artists. Meet our owners, our behind-the-scenes talent, and our music teachers for piano, guitar, drums, voice, and more!

Amanda Faucher

Amanda Faucher - Amanda is an owner and the Director of Bach to Rock Marlborough and a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Graphic Design. And for the last 30 years, has showcased her designs in everything from corporate marketing to small studio designs, and even collaborated with some amazing bands to help them find their visual branding. “There’s something so fulfilling about helping artists express themselves, whether it’s through music or design.” Now, Amanda is excited to combine her love for music and design at Bach to Rock and, “It’s not just about learning notes and rhythms; it’s about building confidence, making friends, learning a lifelong skill and having a lot of fun while doing it!”

Patrick Faucher

Patrick Faucher - Patrick is an owner of Bach To Rock Marlborough and an accomplished music and tech professional. As a multi-instrumentalist, he has been creating and performing music professionally since the late 80's. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he has toured extensively across the globe, performing in over 20 countries and 42 states. Currently, he leads the dynamic funk-rock group, Soul Function Boston, performing soul and rock classics for audiences throughout New England. As a tech entrepreneur throughout the past 20 years, Patrick has developed online commerce platforms, worked on enterprise cloud platforms and built digital storefronts for the likes of Aerosmith, Phish and the Rolling Stones. He ran his own internet startup in the early 2000s which provided online services to over a million independent artists and record labels. He has developed core technology for Bose Audio products, powering their smart headphones and speakers and currently he works for Google as a product manager for their enterprise cloud platform. Patrick is dedicated to fostering creativity, cultivating talent, and inspiring the next generation of musicians. He emphasizes a holistic approach, combining performance skills with the business acumen needed to succeed.

Neil Kehoe

Neil Kehoe - Neil was born in Fairfield, CT, and has been a musician from a very young age. He began playing guitar at age 7, and performed onstage with fellow musicians many times over the next decade, including playing many local venues and a festival at NYU. In high school, he became interested in writing his own music, and began making chiptunes. Neil graduated from Northeastern University with a major in Music Technology in 2022, focusing his studies on music in video games. With a passion for the intersection between music and play, he was hired onto the admin staff of a local music school, where he worked for two years helping enrich students' lives with music. In his spare time, Neil has also picked up the accordion, still makes music (his favorite DAW is Logic Pro), and does digital art. He is also the owner of a one-eyed pug named Micky, and would love to see pictures of your dog! At Bach to Rock, Neil hopes to continue spreading the joy of music by making it as fun as possible. After all, it's called playing for a reason!

Joshua B

Joshua B - Joshua Barrowdown has been playing drums for over 20 years, performing all types of music: from latin and jazz, to ska and gospel, and everything in-between. He believes in a delicate balance between learning to read music, and developing an intuition for groove and improvisation. He has had great success in taking on students from other drum instructors and providing a new path forward in their music journey. Joshua plays in post-punk shoegaze band This Body Is All I Have In This World. Based on the north shore of Massachusetts, they've been heavily involved in the local music scene for the last 6 years. Their album, Soon, I'll Let You Go, dives deep into the band's math rock and hardcore influences. You can listen to it wherever you stream music.

Michael L - Mike is a Professional Audio Engineer and Music Producer of nine years, and is very excited to share that knowledge with Bach to Rock! From early childhood, he found himself immersed in music whenever given the chance. At the age of twelve, he began by auditioning for musicals in the local area, inspiring his interest and started his journey of making music at the age of seventeen. In his free time, Mike makes and releases music under the name “OutLyer” on spotify, with his most popular song ‘Out Of View’ surpassing ten thousand streams on spotify. He works primarily in Ableton, however is trained in all DAW through either collaborations with other producers/artists, or through his previous years of teaching music in Fitchburg at the Zen Den. He also has worked as a DJ for many local events in the Leominster/Fitchburg/Clinton areas. Mike is looking forward to helping people shape the sounds they hear in their heads, into the real world!

Bryan Q

Bryan Q - With 13 years of hands-on experience in the vibrant world of open format DJing, Bryan Quitadamo has made a name for himself as a premier DJ in the New England area. From intimate bars and lively clubs to unforgettable weddings, Bryan has a unique ability to read the room and create an electrifying atmosphere that keeps the dance floor packed all night long. Bryan’s open format style allows him to seamlessly blend a wide range of genres, including hip-hop, pop, rock, and electronic dance music. This versatility not only showcases his extensive musical knowledge but also ensures that every event is tailored to the audience’s taste, making each performance a one-of-a-kind experience. As a passionate educator at Bach to Rock Marlborough, Bryan is dedicated to sharing his expertise with the next generation of DJs. He focuses on fostering creativity and technical skills, teaching students the ins and outs of mixing, beat matching, and live performance. Bryan believes that every aspiring DJ has a unique voice, and he is committed to helping them find and refine their sound. Camila R

Camila R - Camila Ramos is a music teacher for the Bach to Rock Marlborough school. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science as a music education major in Hartwick College, located in Oneonta, New York. Her main instrument is her voice, her voice type being Mezzo Soprano. During her years as an undergrad, she has participated in two recitals and has also participated in countless choral concerts. She also has experience teaching at schools as a music teacher and as a floater. Camila has participated in her school choirs as long as she can remember and has been in a couple play productions as a high school Junior and Senior , and as college Senior. She is also able to play piano as a secondary instrument. Camila is very dedicated to all students and promises to devote herself to her own musical and teaching journey, so as to best serve her students.

Craig J - Craig Jackson, also known as “Seventh Sun” is a Boston-based saxophonist, producer, writer, and lyricist from Dayton, Ohio. Craig has become the heir apparent to Wynton Marsalis, Jazzmeia Horn, Ralph Peterson Jr., Edo. G, Jesus Molina, and many more around the world. Now, he's carrying the torch for his own legacy. In 2016, he won the Hank Marr Jazz Award and the National Omega Sci Phi Talent Hunt competition. More recently, he was nominated for a 2024 Boston Music Award as Jazz Artist of the Year. Craig’s music ranges from jazz to neo-soul and hip-hop. The unique voice of his tenor sax blended with the contemporary musical styles of today produce a fresh sound for his listeners that feels both new and familiar. Through his music, Craig aims to inspire listeners to pay attention to things outside of themselves and find the brightest stars in the darkest places.

Nick B - Nick is a 16 year seasoned player, proficient in guitar, bass, drums, keys/piano, and vocals and has a long standing background in Jazz, Blues, Funk, Soul and Rock & Roll! He has three plus years experience teaching musicians of all ages, and has worked within school systems to create opportunities for fun and engaging after school programs! His passion in teaching is focused around songwriting, improvisation, music theory, technique, and helping students bring their dreams and ideas to fruition! His love for collaboration led him to creating a music and arts collective called Cosmic Blossom, an ever growing and evolving community of artists whose purpose is to celebrate creativity, mentorship, and the bonds made through the joy of music!

Noah L - Based out of his home town of Pepperell, Noah has been playing low brass instruments for over 16 years. Starting on trombone at the age of 9 with the school band, he later became enamored with the euphonium; going on to study with the late Lance LaDuke at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Since returning to MA spring 2022, Noah has been spotted playing principal euphonium with the New England Brass Band, alto trombone with the Lowell Chamber Orchestra, bass trombone with the New England Film Orchestra, and much more. He is also principal trombone of the Gateway City Orchestra and formed the Central Mass Brass quintet with other orchestra members summer 2022.

Robin S

Robin S - Robin Shaye begged her parents for piano lessons at 7 years old. She started on her musical journey and never looked back. With her family’s musical roots from Berklee College of Music, she deviated on a classical path, eventually receiving a degree as a music therapist from Emmanuel College with proficiency in piano, voice and guitar. Additional training in theory through her late husband’s School of Contemporary Music, Robin utilized her expertise working as a group piano instructor for Rhodes Music School, eventually combining all techniques for her private piano students She has many years of experience with children of all levels (including her own 4), and is resourceful by utilizing her years as a therapist in finding a way that works for each student. She began venturing into more performance based musical adventures, and has been jamming with other musicians who are Beatles fans, where Robin has developed her improvisational skills. In addition to piano, Robin loves to sing. She started in high school and through college in choruses with 4-part harmony, and currently with Voices of MetroWest, as well as performing in local theatre productions. Robin’s philosophy to the art of music is, “Music is a gift you give yourself. Years down the road, every student will look back on the years of studying and practicing without a shred of regret, and overwhelming gratefulness and pride of accomplishment.”

Sergio A

Sergio A - Sergio Arocha - Berklee College of Music alum (2014-2020) Bachelor of Music in Performance (drum-set), most recently was granted a Full Scholarship at Longy School of Music for the Masters program in Jazz & Contemporary Music and the Graduate Fellowship as a Music Ensemble Percussionist. Sergio has studied for many years with the Great Masters of the instrument such as Ralph Peterson Jr.(R.I.P.), Dave DiCenso, Neal Smith, Bob Gullotti(R.I.P.) Jerry Leake, Marco Djorjevic, Kim Plainfield(R.I.P.), James Murphy, just to name a few. He has been an invited drummer in the biggest drum festival in Colombia in two occasions where Eric Moore, James Murphy & Dom Famularo participated. He has performed in venues the likes of Berklee Performance Center, The Palladium in Worcester, ArtBeat Festival in Somerville, the exclusive Regattabar in Cambridge, MA & Pickman Hall, to name a few. Most recently he won First Place in the “Beats & Fills” Contest held by The Drum Channel judged by Thomas Lang, Terry Bozzio, Greg Bissonette & Chad Wackerman. Sergio has played with North American Jazz Legends such as Kevin Harris, Charlie Kohlhase, Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award winner Dr. Bill Banfield & his Imagine Orchestra, Chris Klaxton, Bill Lowe & opened for 4 times Grammy Award Winner Paquito D’Rivera.

William B

William B - William was born into a musical family. His father was a Classical composer, and his mother was a vocalist with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. His early musical education was rooted in the Renaissance and Baroque periods. At age 13, William transitioned from Violin to Guitar. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the esteemed Berklee College of Music where he earned a BS in Music Production with a minor in Performance. He has been teaching guitar professionally for more than 40 years. In addition to his work as a private instructor, William has largely focused his efforts as a session guitarist for studio work and musical theater. His experience includes past tours of "Rock of Ages," "Jesus Christ Superstar," "Book of Mormon," and "American Idiot: The Musical" (to name a few). As a freelance "Hired Gun," he has spent the past 10 years supporting various Artists across the United States and Canada.

Lessons

Bach to Rock offers music lessons for all ages and skill levels. Our private lessons include piano, guitar, drums, voice, and a wide range of other instruments. We also offer beginner classes and ensemble programs like Band and Glee Club. Anyone can learn to play music with Bach to Rock — even if you've never played an instrument before!

Camps

Our camps are a perfect choice for students who love music! We offer full-day and half-day summer camps, spring camps, and winter camps for kids, plus camps on school holidays. Our camps are great for students who want to start learning music and see what it's like to perform!

Parties

Birthday parties at Bach to Rock give kids a chance to be rock stars for a day! With themes like Karaoke Birthday and Rock Birthday, partygoers get to perform and record songs by their favorite artists. We also offer birthday party packages for younger children and corporate teams!
