Youth Music Lessons in Minnetonka
Youth music lessons at Bach to Rock® are perfect for students 7+ years old! We recommend that students start private lessons at this age, which is when most children can learn to read sheet music. Our youth music lessons include private and semi-private lessons, group lessons and beginner classes, as well as ensemble programs!
In addition to youth music classes and lessons, Bach to Rock offers classes for younger students, including toddlers, preschoolers, and children under 7 years old. We also offer music lessons for adults.
Bach to Rock Youth Music Lessons
At Bach to Rock, we offer a wide range of youth music lessons for ages 7+. Our variety of programs makes it easy to get started with music lessons!
Our most popular programs include private music lessons. In private lessons, your child will learn one-on-one with a Bach to Rock music teacher. We also offer semi-private lessons for groups of 2 students. This way, students can learn to play an instrument with a friend or family member! Lessons are available in-person or online.
We also offer a wide range of group music lessons. If your child is new to music, our group classes include beginner lessons for piano, guitar, ukulele, drums, and singing. Each beginner class covers 10 sessions, giving students a strong foundation of core skills on their instrument of choice.
Our group programs also include ensemble classes, like Band and Glee Club. At Bach to Rock, we know that young musicians learn more quickly and have more fun when they play with peers. Plus, students get to build performance and teamwork skills as part of a larger ensemble! We encourage all students to take part in ensemble classes, offering a mix of private lessons and group performance!
